This is clearly, clearly not an accurate assessment (see last email).
IAC, one could select a mix of many foods in a salad to bring in the
same Calories by weight with greater diversity & overall nutrient
profile: eg, a mix of radishes, napa cabbage, celery, cubumber and
zucchini, along with the lettuce, and topped with most commercial salsas. |
