Well I feel like I am recovering now... I guess the symptoms will linger for a week or so but I'll manage. After seeing a different doctor he too doesn't believe I have any sinus bacaterial infection but I have a viral infection. He did give me an antibiotic incase there is any bacteria there that is causing my symptoms though I never quite demanded antibiotics, because I try to beleive my doctor as much as possible but maybe I pushed him to it (I dont know). So even if this doesn't work out he said that he will try me on lots of allergy medication to help my sinuses, and if unsuccessful I will be refered to ENT.
I've already take my first dose of Amoxicillin, so I have to go all the way now. Could my doctors be wrong? I hope so! but I reckon it maybe unlikely...
I hope I don't get serious side effects from this now, usually my stomach plays up a bit =/

Some updates:
No lab results yet... should get tests done sometime later this month.
Palpitation have totally gone, and I've had various tests to confirm my heart is NORMAL and i'm perfectly healthy.
Still have a little nose problem but under control with 1 spray of nasonex a day
Feeling extremely happy lately after changing CR regimen where I stop eating after around 2-3pm. I find it helps regulate my sleeping pattern very well.
Had a root canal and everything good with tooth now. Temperature has returned to normal - ish...
It's good that I wrote all this and I hope that anyone who reads it will see how important it is to not let anxiety/stress take over. Although mine wasn't as bad as many people out there, as in I only had periodic times where it spiked and the rest of the time I just got on with other things... it can ruin health. I finally got passed it but it was difficult to get control over.
Looking forward to the conference later this year!

New lab results posted here http://www.matthewlake.plus.com/results.htm with a new update to read more easily.
Potassium is still rising
CRP was < 1mg/L
Fasting glucose 77mg/dl after switching to zone diet!
Slight elevation in basophils which might have a few possible causes
1> sinusitis
2> reaction to amoxicillin or metronidazole antibiotics
3> Dental infection that I had at the time when blood was drawn
4> Flu that I had a few weeks before this test
Dental infection is now resolved after removal of tooth.
Waiting ENT doctor which might take upto 2 years
I'll def be sticking with Zone diet style CR though, its helped dramatically. |

My temperature has finally decreased and my average temp over 9 readings throughout the morning to night is 36.1 degrees celsius on the tympanic membrane (ear). Weird that it has taken a month or two after I had my tooth removed to get to this point, it was still higher than this for a while after. My temperature has been normal for 2 weeks now, so it seems i've beat the bacteria, FINALLY! -- hope I dont speak too soon
I went to my doctors last week and he took my temperature, he said "ahhh, yes, now your temperature is normal". After me telling him for 6 months my temperature should be much lower than his readings when he checked it (36.8 at doctors office for a few months). It was kind of obvious that CR had basically masked my infection induced pyrexia because of my natural low set point. Here I made a graph on the very difference, although it doesnt look much I still felt the effects from it. For the last few days its been really hot, yet my hands and feet have been really ice cold. Now thats normal for me
