Source Naturals has 5000 IU of Vit-A in palmitate form,
which is the "pre-formed" or "retinol form" of Vitamin A.
The Retinol form is proven to be linked to osteoporosis.
It accumulates in the body too, since vitamins A,D,E,
and K -- the fat soluble vitamins -- all build up over time.

Other foods also have pre-formed Vit-A added, such as
milk and milk products, (cheese, yogurt, ice cream ...).
If you see Vit-A palmitate or Vit-A acetate, these are
both pre-formed Vitamin A.

And salmon (which you are already eating) already has
lots of retinol-form Vitamin A. And Fisol (fish oil) is like
cod liver oil, and already is loaded with retinol too!
By the time you get done, it isn't hard to get quite a
large EXCESS of Vit-A in its most osteoporosis inducing
form that bio-accumulates in your body.

Excess supplements can be a problem with CR. Some
CR followers have deleted the high dosing of nutrients,
which go factors of 10 or more beyond those found in
any normal food.

Excesses of the wrong form of Vit-E may be more harmful
than any benefit, because unbalanced excesses of any
anti-oxidant become pro-oxidants in the body. They
actually mess up your body's natural anti-oxidant defenses.

Supplementation is a can of worms. And high dose supplements
are a basket of snakes. And UNBALANCED supplements are
a whole pit of vipers.
