Does our intake of salt and sensitivity to salt matter in
how hungry we are
and how much we eat? The paper below appears to suggest a
positive answer,
and those of us who are not sensitive to salt may benefit
from reducing salt
in more than any effect it does have or may have had on
blood pressure; we
may eat and gain weight less, it seems.
